If you haven’t seen “Owning Mahowny” I highly recomend it. Very nice depiction of the mind and emotional state of a degenerate gambler. Great script and pitch-perfect performances by the three leads.

For anyone who has seen it, I wonder if you know which casino in Atlantic City the regulatory trangressions occured. A google search for “Dan Mahowny Day” the name for the occasion on which said casino was shuttered turned up a bunch of reviews for the film.

Anyone know where this went down?

Read the book “Stung”, by gary stephen ross, the movie was based on the real person Brian Moloney in the book. i started it recently, very good, i know that he did a large part of his gambling in the beginning at Ceaser’s Atlantic City
